Carlston Harrison continued his meteoric rise since his debut in the Octagon with a sensational finish of Impa Kasanganay in the Preliminary Card of UFC Vegas 37 (UFC Fight Night 192 ) which took place on Saturday night at the UFC Apex Facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event was aired on ESPN+.
Harris (17-4 MMA, 2-0 UFC) showed show much power in his hands during the first few minutes of the fight and was able to stop Impa Kasanganay (9-2 MMA, 2-2 UFC) at exactly 2:38 minutes into round 1.
Kasanganay had a traditional way of fighting and his punches looked organised but Harris was wild and was gradually getting it till on Kasanganay, moments later he was dropped with one of those punches and a follow up from Harris forced the stoppage.
Kasanganay wasn’t knocked out cold by Harris before the referee’s intervention and initially protested the stoppage but there was no way Harris efforts will be put under the radar.
Harris arrived the UFC in May and crowned his debut with a “Performance Of The Night” submission victory, now he has added a brutal Knockout to his resume showing he is got power too. Harris has been active for more than a decade before finally recieving a contract from the UFC.
