Liverpool Vs Burnley Premier League Preview

Liverpool FC host Burnley at Anfield after picking up a 3 – 0 away victory over Burnley in their 202/22 season opening fixture.

Jurgen Klopp and his boys made easy work of Norwich City at Carrow Road, thanks to goals from Diogo Jota in the First Half and two goals from Brazilian goal specialist Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah.

Liverpool will look to start the their first home game of the season with a victory and build on their first three points with another victory as the “Reds” look to accumulate as much points as they can in order to finish better this season.

Burnley on the other hand, lost their opening fixture at home against Brighton & Hove Albion and watched their visitors overturn their early goal with two second half goals from Brighton’s Neal Maupay and A. M. Allister to take three points from Turf Moor.

Burnley will need to work more on covering up their defence while “The Clarets” pull off a counter in order to avoid the issues they faced in the hands of Brighton. However against Liverpool, they will need more defensive discipline as the “Red” have a fast attack line and will capitalise on every leak.
