Video Highlights : Terence Crawford Vs Kell Brook, Nov. 14

Terence Crawford defended his WBO welterweight title with a vicious fourth round knockout victory over Kell Brook on Saturday night at the MGM Grand Conference Center, November 14th.

The fight which marked Brook’s return to the welterweight division after three and a half years away at higher weight classes, was competitive up until the point when the Knockout sequence began.

Terence Crawford connected a big right hand that sent the 34 year old Brook stumbling to the ropes and three more punches from Crawford was enough to make the Referee administer a count for the former IBF welterweight champion.

Crawford jumped on the already wobbled Brook and connected a series of unanswered punches before the referee stepped in between, stopping the fight at exactly 1:12 of the fourth round.

Crawford, with the win has now knocked out his last nine opponents and has successfully defended the WBO strap four times since winning the belt with a 10th round knockout victory over Jeff Horn at the MGM Grand Garden Arena back in 2017.

Before this fight, Brook’s last fight at welterweight was aright against Errol Spence, who knocked him out in the eleventh round of their IBF welterweight championship fight in 2016.

Brook has since then fought at weight classes as high as middleweight and was on a three fight winning streak before the fight against Crawford. He has now been knocked out three times in his 16 year professional career.

Crawford is now hoping to land a unification fight with unbeaten IBF/WBC welterweight champion Errol Spence. A fight that will determine the No. 1 pound for pound fighter in the division as there has always been a debate on who, tops the chart and Crawford always gets ranked below due to the level of opposition, he has faced since moving up to the well studded welterweight division.
