Arsenal FC bounced into the UEFA Europa league round of 16 with a stunning 3nil victory over Norwegian side Molde in their fourth outing in Group B .
After the both teams battled the first 45bminutes without a goal, the Gunners were able to break the deadlock, 10 minutes to the hour mark with an awesome finish from Pepe. The Frenchman repaid the faith Arteta placed on him after the horrible Premier League weekend.
A ball was sent into the Molde Box from the Flank and Pepe about 15 yards out controlled the ball with his first touch then sent the ball to the top corner with a stunning shot in the 50th minute.
Arsenal went two goals up four minutes later, doubling their lead with a close range finish from Nelson. Willock who has been a bit quiet, suddenly became active sending in a searching ball from the flank and Nelson was at the end toake a low finish.
Arsenal bursted into life from then on and broke through the Molde defence with patterns, having as much as five opportunities to make it three within 20 minutes of open play. The third goal finally came in the 83rd minute when substitute Folarin Balogun came on and netted within 37 seconds on the pitch, his first goal for the Club.
The win puts Arsenal through to the knock out stages of the competition with two games to spare. The presently lead the group comfortably with 12 points, while the Norwegian Molde remain second with six points.
