Khongsong (16-0, 13 KOs) has basically fought all of his fights in Thailand and has knocked out his last six opponents, his last was a second round knock out victory in July 2019. He has seen won the IBF Pan Pacific Junior Welterweight title in 2017 and IBF Asia super lightweight title but Khongsong will be facing the first fighter on Josh Taylor’s experience.

Josh Taylor picked up a twelve round majority decision over undefeated Regis Prograis to unify the IBF and WBA junior lightweight titles in the World Boxing Super Series Finals in October.
