Max Meyer Joins Crystal Palace : Inks Three Year Deal
German International, Max Mayer has successfully joined Crystal Palace as a free agent after leaving Bundesliga club Schalke at the end of last season.
Mayer 22, becomes the third player to join the eagles through the summer window, following Vicente Guaita’s signing and Cheikhou Kouyate’s switch from West Ham.
Mayer , who will take up the No. 7 shirts helped his former club Schalke to a second place finish in German Bundesliga and also reaching the DFB-Pokal cup semi-final.
“I feel really good and I’m happy to be here. I can’t wait to start training with the team and I hope I’ll have a good season”. He told the club’s website
