WBO featherweight champion Shakur Stevenson made a successful 130 pound debut against Felix Caraballo, working him down to a sixth round stoppage victory in a non title fight at the MGM Grand Conference Center on Tuesday night.

Stevenson toyed with his opponent, breaking him down with every shot before, eventually ending the fight with a big body shot in the sixth round. The shot sent Caraballo to his knees and his gloves on the canvas and while stuck there because of the pains, the referee Tony Weeks was forced to end the fight at exactly 1:31 of the sixth.

With the win, the 2016 silver medallist Stevenson retained his unbeaten record and improved to (14-0, 8KOs). Stevenson was placed a 100-1 favourite, heading into the fight and he proved right the bookmarkers by winning all the five rounds (50-44, 50-44, 50-43) before the stoppage, dropping Caraballo (13-2-2, 9 KOs) twice in the first round…

Khabib Nurmagomedov did a good job, successfully defending the UFC Lightweight title with a second round submission victory over Justin Gaethje at UFC 254 but that wasn't all, as he broke down in tears, laid down his gloves and announced his retirement from the Sport.

Teofimo Lopez shocked both the boxing world and Vasily Lomachenko in their lightweight unification fight on Saturday night at the MGM Grand Conference Center.
Lopez, who entered the fight as an underdog was able to play his cards right, building up an early lead, then fend off Lomachenko's second half comeback to win a unanimous decision to retained his IBF belt and won the WBA “super”, WBC “franchise” and WBO titles.
The fight was scored by Tim Cheatham (116-112), Julie Lederman (119-109) and Steve Weisfeld (117-111) , all for Lopez (16-0, 12 KOs) . Though the scores were a bit wider than expected but no one is taking anything from Lopez, who against a 4-1 favourite and one considered and one of the pound for pound fighters in the sport, came out victorious and became the first undisputed champion of the four belt era.

Bellew sees Joshua defeating Fury, when the two Brits meet in a high stakes unification.
