WBO featherweight champion Shakur Stevenson made a successful 130 pound debut against Felix Caraballo, working him down to a sixth round stoppage victory in a non title fight at the MGM Grand Conference Center on Tuesday night.

Stevenson toyed with his opponent, breaking him down with every shot before, eventually ending the fight with a big body shot in the sixth round. The shot sent Caraballo to his knees and his gloves on the canvas and while stuck there because of the pains, the referee Tony Weeks was forced to end the fight at exactly 1:31 of the sixth.

With the win, the 2016 silver medallist Stevenson retained his unbeaten record and improved to (14-0, 8KOs). Stevenson was placed a 100-1 favourite, heading into the fight and he proved right the bookmarkers by winning all the five rounds (50-44, 50-44, 50-43) before the stoppage, dropping Caraballo (13-2-2, 9 KOs) twice in the first round…

(FIFA Women's World Cup)
Venue : Rennes
Date : 11th June, 2019

Key Moments Recap :
Goal :
Sweden have lift off and Kosovare Asllani finds the opener.
The bill ricochets around in the Chile area as the South American side fail to clear the danger in the soggy conditions.

The Swedish number nine Asllani fires the loose ball into the roof of the net and Chiristiane Endler is finally beaten from close range.

Goal :
Game over!
The points are in the bag and Madelen Janogy seals victory with a terrific solo effort.
The substitute beats a couple of tired Chile players with an injection of pace, before jinking inside on her left foot and picking out the top corner.
It begs the question why wasn't she starting?!

First Half Recap:
Sweden have had 70% of the possession throughout the half but they have failed to capitalise on their opportunities.
Chile goalkeeper Christiane Endler has been in inspired form for the South American side, producing a terrific save low to her left to deny Nilla Fischer from close range.
The longer it goes on at 0-0 the more frustrated Sweden will become and you'd think they need to score early after the break.
