Shakur Stevenson Breaks Down Felix Caraballo, Stops Him In Six ↑ Grab this Headline Animator
WBO featherweight champion Shakur Stevenson made a successful 130 pound debut against Felix Caraballo, working him down to a sixth round stoppage victory in a non title fight at the MGM Grand Conference Center on Tuesday night.

Stevenson toyed with his opponent, breaking him down with every shot before, eventually ending the fight with a big body shot in the sixth round. The shot sent Caraballo to his knees and his gloves on the canvas and while stuck there because of the pains, the referee Tony Weeks was forced to end the fight at exactly 1:31 of the sixth.

With the win, the 2016 silver medallist Stevenson retained his unbeaten record and improved to (14-0, 8KOs). Stevenson was placed a 100-1 favourite, heading into the fight and he proved right the bookmarkers by winning all the five rounds (50-44, 50-44, 50-43) before the stoppage, dropping Caraballo (13-2-2, 9 KOs) twice in the first round…

Liverpool FC Fans In Barcelona

Liverpool FC Fans have been involved in a racial abuse incident that has forced the Club into working with the police in Barcelona to identify and make arrest of those involved.

A viral short footage surfaced on the internet earlier today, appearing to show people being pushed into a fountain by a group of Liverpool FC fans with some other fan directing a racial slur at some passersby. The fans had gathered at the Placa Reial square on Tuesday, ahead of the Liverpool's Champions League semi-final first leg against Barcelona at the Nou Camp.

Merseyside Police, who have been sent to compliment the Police presence in Barcelona are now working with the local authorities to identify the perpetrators of the act but so far, no arrest have been made in relation to the incident.

However, Liverpool have released a statement condemning the behavior calling it "unacceptable" and promised to bring the perpetrators to justice.

"Such behaviour is clearly totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated," Liverpool said in a statement. 
"It would be inappropriate to comment further while the situation is ongoing other than to confirm the club will follow due process in any and all cases of this nature."

So far Six Liverpool fans have been arrested by the Spanish authorities on Tuesday for suspicion of public order offences. This has prompted the Merseyside police Superintendent Paul White to warn the Liverpool fans that the Merseyside police could be forced to act in Barcelona using British law.
