WBO featherweight champion Shakur Stevenson made a successful 130 pound debut against Felix Caraballo, working him down to a sixth round stoppage victory in a non title fight at the MGM Grand Conference Center on Tuesday night.

Stevenson toyed with his opponent, breaking him down with every shot before, eventually ending the fight with a big body shot in the sixth round. The shot sent Caraballo to his knees and his gloves on the canvas and while stuck there because of the pains, the referee Tony Weeks was forced to end the fight at exactly 1:31 of the sixth.

With the win, the 2016 silver medallist Stevenson retained his unbeaten record and improved to (14-0, 8KOs). Stevenson was placed a 100-1 favourite, heading into the fight and he proved right the bookmarkers by winning all the five rounds (50-44, 50-44, 50-43) before the stoppage, dropping Caraballo (13-2-2, 9 KOs) twice in the first round…

Daniel Roman came out victorious in a bloody unification fight with TJ Doheny, dropping him twice on the way to a Majority Decision win in the undercard of Sor Rungvisai Vs Juan Francesco Estrada Undercard on Friday night.

Both fighters performed beyond expectations and engaged in exchanges throughout the fight. With the Win, Roman Unified the IBF and WBA Junior featherweight titles.

Roman dropped Doheny with a left hook in the second round but didn't seem to hurt him. Doheny continued fighting closed the distance between the two fighters, ripping punches to the head and body.

Doheny started bleeding via a cut on his face and through his nose but dealt with it perfectly. He stunned Roman twice inithe seventh round, Roman recovered and worked hard to create some distance. 

Roman then began breaking Doheny down gradually with body shots and was able to drop him ones again but he was able to beat the count, then survived fighting from distance. Doheny came all out in the final round but couldn't clearly hurt Roman till the end

One judge unbelievably scored the bout 113-113, but the other two judges scored the bout 116-110 for Roman, who resides in the Los Angeles area.
