WBO featherweight champion Shakur Stevenson made a successful 130 pound debut against Felix Caraballo, working him down to a sixth round stoppage victory in a non title fight at the MGM Grand Conference Center on Tuesday night.

Stevenson toyed with his opponent, breaking him down with every shot before, eventually ending the fight with a big body shot in the sixth round. The shot sent Caraballo to his knees and his gloves on the canvas and while stuck there because of the pains, the referee Tony Weeks was forced to end the fight at exactly 1:31 of the sixth.

With the win, the 2016 silver medallist Stevenson retained his unbeaten record and improved to (14-0, 8KOs). Stevenson was placed a 100-1 favourite, heading into the fight and he proved right the bookmarkers by winning all the five rounds (50-44, 50-44, 50-43) before the stoppage, dropping Caraballo (13-2-2, 9 KOs) twice in the first round…

Venue :

Key Moments Recap :
18' 0 - 1 Sergio Aguero
Both sides play on and Caligiuri cuts it out when City play it forward. He passes back to Fahrmann, whose sloppy, lazy pass to Sane doesn't even reach him before Silva nips in and takes it off him to go clean through. He squares for Aguero who slots into the empty net and City have one of their easiest goals of the season!
38' Nabil Bentaleb (pen.) 1 - 1
Well a seeming eternity after a corner was initially given by Carlos del Cerro Grande, Bentaleb nets from the spot instead! He sends Ederson the wrong way with a confident spot kick into the right-hand side of the net.
45' Nabil Bentaleb (pen.) 2 - 1
Bentaleb does it again! Ederson goes the right way and gets a hand to his penalty but the former Tottenham man's spot kick is high to his right and he can only help it on its way into the top corner.

The German whips in a delightful free-kick against his former club. Stunning.
