Shakur Stevenson Breaks Down Felix Caraballo, Stops Him In Six ↑ Grab this Headline Animator
WBO featherweight champion Shakur Stevenson made a successful 130 pound debut against Felix Caraballo, working him down to a sixth round stoppage victory in a non title fight at the MGM Grand Conference Center on Tuesday night.

Stevenson toyed with his opponent, breaking him down with every shot before, eventually ending the fight with a big body shot in the sixth round. The shot sent Caraballo to his knees and his gloves on the canvas and while stuck there because of the pains, the referee Tony Weeks was forced to end the fight at exactly 1:31 of the sixth.

With the win, the 2016 silver medallist Stevenson retained his unbeaten record and improved to (14-0, 8KOs). Stevenson was placed a 100-1 favourite, heading into the fight and he proved right the bookmarkers by winning all the five rounds (50-44, 50-44, 50-43) before the stoppage, dropping Caraballo (13-2-2, 9 KOs) twice in the first round…

WBC Reveals Long List Of Fighters Not Enrolled In The CBP and VADA Drug Testing

Following the Canelo Alvarez scandal, the WBC has released a list of Boxers, who are not enrolled in the anti Doping program of the sanctioning body. Clean Boxing Program (CBP) and VADA, which has set its standards through their anti Doping program in professional Boxing worldwide.
The program which makes mandatory for all fighters under the sanctioning body, with ratings 1-15, by submitting specific forms to VADA and this must be within three months of entering the top 15 ranking in consideration of language, administrative and geographical challenge for enrollment.

For any professional Boxer, who fails to enroll in the program, the consequences remain, the removal of such from ratings and this removed professional Boxer will only be considered by the WBC Ratings Committee considering the previously removed boxer back into the WBC ratings based on the boxer’s merit without any guarantee of being reinstated to his prior position.

The list of boxers per division who have been removed from the WBC ratings throughout the history of the program for failure to enroll in the WBC CBP follows:
