Romelu Lukaku To Critics : Judge Me When Am A Finished Article

Romelu Lukaku

Manchester United brought in Romelu Lukaku from Everton last summer for a sum of £75m and before his last six games was among the top scorers in the league and was almost at the verge of breaking a record of 8 goals in eight matches.

This is now old story, cause recently Lukaku has found it difficult to see a goal and most times do not register a shot in target. The recent developments has lead to him getting booed by fans and has even  resulted to Manager Jose Mourinho,
defending him in Press Conferences.

The Belgian has finally spoken out on the issue telling his critics, he isn't 10% yet, they should only criticize him when he is a "finished Article"

"I think a lot of people are judging me as the finished article," Lukaku said.
"I'm 24 - you can't judge me as the finished article. I'd rather have a year where I improve, improve, improve rather than going straight to the top and then declining.

"I know I have a lot of talent. I can do a lot of stuff, score goals with my left, right and head. But I want to be a creator - I want to have more assists. I want to make sure when my team is having difficulties they can count on me.

"I'm on the perfect stage and the perfect age. I want to be a winner and take my career to the next level."
