PSG President And Head Of BEIN Sports Faces Criminal Charges From FIFA.

The Paris Saint Germain President Nasser Al-Khelaifi has been put under the radar for possible investigation over the transfer of Neymar Jr from Barcelona this summer to PSG on World record transfer fee but instead of that another allegation from FIFA emerges against the PSG Boss, which not in relation to PSG but in relation to BEIN Sports where he is also a Head.



The allegations opened by a Swiss Court carries a corruption probe against Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the Qatari businessman and chief executive of Paris Saint-Germain, and former FIFA secretary general Jerome Valcke, who held the post under former FIFA president Sepp Blatter from 2007 to 2016.

"It is suspected that Jerome Valcke accepted undue advantages from a businessman in the sports rights sector in connection with the award of media rights for certain countries at the FIFA World Cups in 2018, 2022, 2026 and 2030 and from Nasser Al-Khelaifi in connection with the award of media rights for certain countries at the FIFA World Cups in 2026 and 2030."

The offices of BEIN Sports, located in Paris has been searched which is been confirmed by the French financial prosecutor's office, who issued a statement on Thursday saying that two of its representatives, along with other French officials dealing with anti-corruption and tax avoidance affairs, had carried out the search.

This case came as a result of a further investigation into the criminal Charges labeled against former FIFA secretary general Jerome Valcke back in 2016.
