The UFC star was granted a license and a federal boxing ID by the commission by the CSAC on Wednesday, as she intend to box in the 154-pound, junior middleweight division of women’s boxing.

Cyborg's Contract with the UFC will be expiring by October and right now, no contract talks is on ground though the UFC have a loop hole to negotiate, as reported by MMA Fighting.

The 32 year old Cris Cyborg (18-1, 1 NC) has dominated the MMA since her debut in 2005 and from 2008 has ended every opponent with a knock with recently knocking out Tonya Evinger by third-round TKO at UFC 214 in July to claim the vacant UFC women’s featherweight title.

The UFC  is planning a fight between former bantamweight champion (and pro boxing star) Holly Holm and Champion Cris Justino for the UFC women’s featherweight title, but the UFC still have much to do to make it happen.
