Zlatan Ibrahimovic Resigns For United And Set To Occupy No. 10 Jersey

Former Swedish International and Last seasons Manchester united top scorer Zlatan Ibrahimovic has resigned for United after successful recovery from a torn knee ligament suffered in April.

Zlatan who racked up 28 Goals for Manchester united in all competitions, which was triple figures to that of any other united player last season, the second which was Juan Mata with 8 goals.

Zlatan was ruled out in April in the Europa League quarter-final second-leg against Anderlecht ending his season early, having played 46 games for the Manchester United. He was no doubt the pillar of the Red Devils trophy ladened season.

His contract ran out at the end of the season and during the period as a free agent, had links with MLS and Chinese Super League but refused despite the hesitation by United, in offering him a new contract.

Manchester United had some re-enforcements during the summer window, letting Rooney move to Everton leaving the No. 10 jersey Vacant while the Arriving Lukaku from Everton to United occupying the No. 9 jersey which was Zlatan's Last season but according to him was accepted by Zlatan.

Zlatan will now take up the No. 10 jersey which he wore back in PSG and Sweden, joining Rooney, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Teddy Sheringham, Mark Hughes and Denis Law by wearing the No.10 jersey at United.
