Eddie Hearn Prepares Vegas For Klitschko Vs Joshua

Eddie Hearn has hinted that the T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas has been the frontrunner in the race for hosting the rematch between Wladimir Klitschko and Anthony Joshua. A place which will by that time hosted two big fights, popular Mexican Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez and it was the chosen location for Floyd Mayweather's showdown with UFC star Conor McGregor on August 26.

"I met with the MGM, I met with the T-Mobile Arena, Vegas is the frontrunner," Hearn told Sky Sports News.

"November 11 is the date that's pencilled in. We've got a couple of weeks to get everything over the line."
Anthony Joshua has been in Las Vegas for two weeks now trying to familiarize himself with the environment and Hearn confirmed he joined Joshua on the trip to get his own necessary paperwork over the line to be able to promote the fight in the US state of Nevada.

"I believe Wladimir Klitschko is going to take this fight and I really think Vegas will be the one," Hearn added. "AJ has been out there about 10 days, enjoyed himself, got to know the area.

"The arenas are fantastic there, the amount of British fans that will travel will be an event, an occasion that I think we'd savour for a long time.
"Fingers crossed it's a party in Las Vegas on November 11."

T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas is chosen among a host of other locations, which include, Nigeria, Cardiff and Dubai.
