Arsenal Release Yaya Sanogo After Four Unsuccessful Years

The London Club Arsenal FC have released Yaya Sanogo After Four Unsuccessful Years at the Emirate Stadium. His release was confirmed on Friday, also included the release of three other Academy Defenders "Stefan O'Connor, Kristopher Da Graca and Kostas Pileas".

"We would like to take this opportunity to thank Yaya, Stefan, Kristopher and Kostas and wish them all the best for the future," the club said in a statement.

Sanogo Joined the Gunners in 2013 from Ligue 2 club Auxerre and made 14 appearances in his debut season as Olivier Giroud's backup also making an impressive start against Bayern Munich in the Champions League and FA Cup semifinal against Wigan.

The youngster has had a rough time in his football career, having had many injury issues even missing the whole of last season to injuries.

The youngster has a goal in his 20 appearances for the club and have also been sent on loan to three different clubs which include Crystal Palace, Ajax and Charlton.
