Arsenal 2-2 Manchester City : Mustafi Secures A Point For The Gunners

The Gunners came from behind twice against Manchester City at the Emirate Stadium to secure a point, which goes along way in reducing the tension in the Arsenal Camp.

Manchester City led twice but surrendered their lead twice to the non relenting Gunners. Leroy Sane opened the scoring just 5 minutes into the game after a long cross from Kevin De Bruyne found him in the Arsenal half and he collected the ball and held off Hector Bellerin with ease, before rounding David Ospina and finding the bottom-right corner with a cool finish.

Arsenal found their way into the contest gradually, starting to control the possession and creating chances but couldn't finish off their chances till Walcott's equalizer just before halftime, taking advantage of a failed clearance from a corner, with Gael Clichy leaving the Arsenal forward on-site before the finish.

The Gunners only enjoyed the equalizer for two minutes and after then Aguero gave the visitors another lead. The Arsenal side felt short defensively, which left Silva enough space for a nice pass to the anticipating Aguero, who with a nice shot finished it off.

The home side went into the break trailing, but 9 minutes after the break they equalized again, heading in Ozil's Corner into the Bottom Corner beyond the Stretch of City's Diving goalkeeper.

Manchester City now fails to reduce the gap between them and League leaders Chelsea with this result but now take over fourth position from Liverpool while Arsenal remain 6th with 51 points, two points behind Manchester United with 9 games now left to End.
