(Champions League) Juventus 3-0 Barcelona : Dybala Nets A Brace, Messi None

The Catalan Champions seem to have lost their game as they fall for the second consecutive time in the first leg tie of the Champions League. They triumphant comeback against PSG was never expected just as their four Nil loss in the first leg but losing 3-0 to the Italian Champions Juventus wasn't expected.

Juventus took the lead just seven minutes into the game, Jeremy Mathieu, a surprise selection on the left-hand side of defense allowed Juan Cuadrado into the box and Dybala collected the pass to turn and finish and before the second by Dybala, the Catalan's almost leveled by Iniesta but closed out by the Host defense.

Dybala got a second in the 23rd minute, the 23-year-old crisply swept Mario Mandzukic's cut-back past Ter Stegen into the bottom-left corner, with Gerard Pique partially blocking his goalkeeper's view.

Lionel Messi had a goal ruled out by the official after hustling Sami Khedira out of possession also the host almost doubled their lead before half time, Higuain's volley from the edge of the box bouncing awkwardly for Ter Stegen and Mathieu cleared off the rebound.

Barcelona had to change the 3-4-3 formation after the break, which gave them more grip on the game but still didn't stop the Giorgio Chiellini's goal 10 minutes after the break, leaving the Catalan's frustrated till the end of the game.

Barcelona had lost out to Malaga on Sunday and this is the second consecutive defeat for the Catalan Champions. This brings back the big problems faced by Luis Enrique which also projects the familiarity in his side been out played by big opponents.
