Swansea 0-4 Arsenal : Giroud And Alexis On The Score Sheet

Arsenal defeat Swansea 4 Nil at Liberty Stadium for a third place finish in the Premier League Table pending the Manchester City game to decide their position.

The Arsenal side started a bit sloppy, as Swansea enjoyed some possession in the early part of the Half controlling the ball till they conceded the first goal, then Swansea slept and Arsenal woke as there was a gradual observable defending for Swansea.

After series of attempts, Giroud finished off a rebound to start a good win for Arsenal. The new Swansea Coach said he Knew a bit about Arsenal and every one was ready to see what he would do to change the game.

The second half told a different story as two owned goals and an Alexis Sanchez goal where all Arsenal needed for a top four finish. Alex Iwobi the architect of the two owned goals conceded by Jack Cork and Kyle Naughton in a space of 13 minutes killed all hopes of a Swansea Come back.

The Fourth goal came from Alexis Sanchez who wouldn't be happy if his name isn't on the Score sheet, capitalizing on some poor defending to give his team a fourth goal.

Good day for Arsene Wenger who today makes goes five points behind Chelsea and above Liverpool on goal difference in third position.
