Pep Guardiola As President Of FC Barcelona

Pep Guardiola Pep Guardiola who presently heads Manchester City revealed his Managerial career was coming to an end early this week only, he wishes to stay throughout his three year contract with Manchester City but didn't disclose the duration of his stay after City's contract expires.
Many views have been given concerning Pep Guardiola's future. According to Fabio Capella, Pep Guardiola might one day return to FC Barcelona as President, after spending a very successful four years at Barcelona, leaving 2012 to Bayern Munich before coming to the Premier League Last year.
Fabio said "Guardiola's football is fundamentally always the same and if the opponents figure out counter-measures, he has to find an alternative," Capello told Sky Sports Italia when asked about the coach's comments.
"In any case, I think if he made these statements, it is also because in my view he has the idea of becoming president of Barcelona."
This was contradicted by Guardiola himself who said he is not going back to the club or environs again though his wife might, since she owns a job there.
"In principle I won't coach Barca again," he told Mundo Deportivo. "I think that there are cycles in life and that mine [at the club] finished. My wife has her work and the idea is to come back and live here [in Barcelona]. But I don't know when that will be."
His Father, Valenti Guardiola  also spoke on the matter, writing off any links between his son and the club
"To do what, work as a ball boy?" he said. "I really don't see him there either as president or on the bench. His time with Barca has been and gone, I don't think he would do well in going back.
"At the very least, I think we can rule out him coming back as coach."
