Arsenal 2 - 0 Crystal Palace : The Gunners Leap In To Third Position

Arsenal join the League of winners this weekend which moves them up to the third position as we enter the new half of the season.
Arsenal totally outplayed Palace with Giroud's back heel improvising effort giving the home team a lead in just 17 minutes, Wayne Hennessey was at his best as he was up to the task created by Alexis, Xhaka and Iwobi before the Half time whistle went off.
The second half also went in favour of Arsenal as just 11 minutes in Alex Iwobi who has been excellent in the absence of Ozil added a goal with a header which looped over the Hennessey, clearing out all hopes of a point for Palace.
After Alex Iwobi's goal the game changed a bit as Sam Allardyce men pushed unbelievably forward, threatening the Arsenal defense, but Czech was up to the task, and Palace closest chance was thrown away by Benteke.
Beaten 11 times Sam Allardyce men are just few points from Relegation Zone and only those down there have been beaten more times than them. Winning nothing Sam Allardyce has never won at Emirate Stadium as a manager and at the 17th position, back up from the transfers should be on his agenda.
For Arsenal all roads lead to Bournemouth while Crystal Palace will meet Swansea, maybe Sam Allardyce could get his first win.
