Basel 1 - 4 Arsenal : Lucas Perez Graces The Game Today With A Hat-Trick

Arsenal today at St. Jakob Park, Switzerland made it to top of their group with a 1-4 victory over Basel following the Shock 2-2 draw between PSG and Ludogorets.
Arsenal started out in second place today with no hope of qualifying at the top of the table, because with that you get a less competitive opponents in the knock out stage, but with PSG going draw with the Bulgarian side Ludogorets Arsenal win sent them up to 14 points two ahead of PSG and since  some big contenders finished second like Real Madrid, I believe to be second is a blessing.

Lucas Perez, finally given a play time, started his goal scoring early finishing a set up by Kieran Gibbs to score his first, just eight minutes into the game. Combining again in the 16th minute, Lucas scored his second. Two minutes to half time Sanchez assisted the boy this time and Perez netted his third completing his Hat trick.
Basel also tried their best in this one, but who did better than the best, Opsina the Colombian, Arsenal second choice keeper who made some excellent saves today to keep his team leading.

The forth goal was sent in by Alex Iwobi after some remarkable work of the ball by Ozil, unselfishly assisting Alex Iwobi for his first goal of the season.  For some consolation, Seydou Doumbia came from the bench and registered the home side on the Score board in the 78th minute.

A remarkable game for lucky Arsenal, which I think should be concluded "lucky" after the UCL knock-out stage draw.
