Leicester City 1 - 0 FC Porto : Slimani Gives King Power Stadium First Champions League Win

Leicester City today at home wins their second Champions League fixture taking all six points to lead group G with 6 points. Beating the team voted by many for Qualification from the group today has makes the premier League champions stand a better chance of qualifying, if they are able to make one more win and a draw in the remaining four matches left for the group stage.

Today, only a goal was sufficient for a difference to be made against Fc Porto and this was efficiently supplied in 25th minute of the game by Islam Slimani finishing off a nice cross from Mahrez, though enough time was available for Porto but they where not able to convert the chances in the remaining 65 minutes into a goal due to some good defending by the home side.

This game been the first Champions League game played on the King Power Stadium comes out a win, making them lead FC Koebenhavn with 2 points, FC Koebenhavn making taking all three points from Club Brugge with a 4nil win.
Porto stay third with only a point, while Club Brugge stay last with no point.

The Premier League Champions are writing another history just like their premiere League Miraculous win last season, taking each match one after the other. Sincerely no one she's them a threat till they are done.
