Iheanacho Hero In Gernot Rohr's first Victory As Eagles Coach

The Manchester City forward KELECHI IHEANACHO today came out hero in the Super Eagles first game with Gernot Rohr as coach against Tanzania in today's Saturday Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.

The Tanzanian's came into the Nigerians home soil with the motive of surprising them, attacking the Super Eagles in the first five minutes but the game was put under control by the Nigerians.

The Super Eagles dominated most of the match with possession and control but the Nigerian forward Victor Moses was the major flop at the front, missing every bit of opportunity with funny and un-directed shots.

The Game ended draw in the first half and continued the same in the second until Iheanacho's moment came up, taking his way into the opponents defence and at the 77th minute, he took an incredible shot into the goal, granting Gernot Rohr his first win.

After the strick,  the game seemed to have gone on sided as the Nigerians increased pace and attack but still could not get another goal.
